#05: The vitamin-rich green smoothie

Good morning lovelies!

There’s been a lot of rains lately here in Cyprus and you can really feel the weather has started to cool down. And, of course, with the cooler weather came my endless sneezes and runny nose! (I know it’s not the best thing to speak about in the morning, so my apologies to you all 😀  Anyway, I thought I needed a vitamin bursting immune strengthening solution to fight off the approaching flu. I am not a big fan of multivitamin tablets so I blended some vitamin and antioxidant rich fruit and herbs to make this super refreshing green smoothie. Here’s the recipe for you:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • a handful of spinach
  • a handful of green grapes
  • a few fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • cup of water
  • a couple of ice cubes

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy it! 😉

 Malzemeler:

  • yarım yeşil elma
  • yarım kivi
  • bir avuç ıspanak
  • 1 avuç yeşil üzüm
  • birkac yaprak taze nane
  • yarım çay kaşığı zencefil tozu
  • bir bardak su
  • 1-2 adet buz

Hazırlanışı:

Tüm malzemeleri pürüzssüz hale gelene kadar blenderden geçirin. Afiyet olsun!
